1. RECLAIM Recovery Consulting Service may not disclose the source of your funds without your signed authority.
2. Signing the Authority to Release constitutes agreement that RECLAIM Recovery Consulting Service shall act as the sole agent for recovery of the funds listed in the Authority to Release form.
3. Every effort is made by RECLAIM Recovery Consulting Service to ensure that cheques are returned within 9 weeks of receipt of ALL correct documentation required - RECLAIM Recovery Consulting Service and its employees are not responsible for any delays in processing of claim and accept no responsibility for any claim, loss, or liability arising from any such delays.
4. Where the sum total of claims to be made by an individual or as the representative of a business, association, organization or Government Department is greater than AUD$500.00:
All monies recovered are paid by the relevant Government institutions into a RECLAIM Recovery Consulting Service trust account, from whence the RECLAIM Recovery Consulting Service fee of 20% (+ GST) is paid to RECLAIM Recovery Consulting Service. The remainder of recovered monies is then paid to the rightful owner by cheque.
Where the sum total of claims to be made by an individual or as the representative of a business, association, organization or Government Department is less than AUD$500.00:
RECLAIM Recovery Consulting Service will not provide full recovery service for amounts less than AUD$500.00. Instead, for a set fee of AUD$55.00 (incl GST), we will provide exact details of:RECLAIM Recovery Consulting Service provides this information on a stand alone basis, with no guarantee or warranty expressed or implied that information provided by you to the relevant authority will be sufficient to claim any unclaimed monies.
- what documentation is required to claim the money,
- where the money is located and
- how to contact the Government Department holding the money.
